To access your AVD you will need to use Microsoft's Windows App. Installation and access instructions can be found below.
Personal Laptop or Desktop - Downloading Windows App
It is recommended to install Windows App onto your personal device for the best experience. Alternatively, you can use the Web based portal.
Installing Windows App
1. Download the Windows App installer from the following locations, depending on the operating system:
Windows App - Microsoft Store
Windows App - App Store or search in the Apple Store
Windows App - Apps on Google Play or search in the Google Play Store
2. For Windows devices, run the installer by double-clicking on the downloaded file. The remaining files required to install Windows App will now download and install on your system.

On the Welcome to Windows App screen, click on Sign in and enter your Aberdeen email address and logon password when prompted.
You will be prompted to Approve sign in request by typing in a code shown on screen into the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile phone. You will then be able to launch your AVD.

Corporate Laptop or Desktop
Click on the Search bar at the bottom of the screen and type Windows App. Click on Windows App under Best match.

The first time you Sign in to the Windows App, a Welcome to Windows App message might appear - Hit Skip.

Web Client
If you are unable to install Windows App on your device, you can access your AVD by visiting https://windows.cloud.microsoft/ in a web browser.
Enter your Aberdeen email address and logon password when prompted.
You will be prompted to Approve sign in request by typing in a code shown on screen into the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile phone.
