Share buyback authority – shareholder vote
The Board of Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc has published a circular setting out a proposal to renew the Trust's authority to buy back its own shares. The renewal of this authority would allow the Trust to continue buying back shares when it believes this is in the best interests of shareholders. Shareholders are being asked to vote on the proposal at a General Meeting, which will be held at 11:30 a.m. on 31 March 2026 at the offices of Aberdeen Group plc, 18 Bishops Square, London E1 6EG.
