Shareholder update

1 August 2026

Aberdeen has been appointed as manager of Herald Investment Trust with effect from 1 August 2026. There will be no change to the Company's investment objective. Katie Potts and members of the existing investment management team have transferred to Aberdeen and will continue to manage the portfolio.
