From global uncertainty to shifting economic conditions, the past 12 months have brought their share of market challenges. Through it all, MyFolio’s consistent investment process has enabled us to continue delivering top-decile [1] performance for our clients. 

In fact, this year we deliberately made no changes to our Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), believing our strategic asset mix was already well-positioned to weather volatility. We opted for a patient, disciplined approach rather than reacting to short-term noise. 

That said, we’ve kept a close eye on the portfolio and stand ready to act if our long-term return expectations indicate a change is needed. 

While holding our SAA steady, we also continued to enhance our portfolios’ resilience. For example, we selectively added diversification and introduced infrastructure as a new asset class. This patient but vigilant approach has helped us navigate ongoing turbulence while maintaining the outcomes our clients expect.

Engaging clients and supporting advisers

One cornerstone of MyFolio’s success is our commitment to meaningful engagement. The 2025 MyFolio roadshows played a crucial role in connecting with clients across the UK. These events provided a platform to share insights, answer questions, and showcase the latest developments in our range. More than just presentations, they were opportunities for us to listen, learn, and strengthen relationships. 

Our support for advisers goes beyond the roadshow circuit. We provide comprehensive lookthrough reports and host regular webinars, ensuring advisers have the tools and knowledge to deliver suitability-led advice with confidence.

In 2025, MyFolio earned industry recognition: MyFolio Index received a prestigious Professional Adviser Award for the “Best Risk Targeted Range of Funds” and earned a rating from Rayner Spencer Mills Research. Celebrating milestones

MyFolio celebrated a series of landmark anniversaries this year. The MyFolio fund family reached its fifteenth year – a decade and a half of providing positive client outcomes in a changing investment landscape. Our Enhanced ESG range marked its fifth anniversary, while Enhanced ESG Index turned three.

Looking ahead: the future of MyFolio

The year was also one of progress. The MyFolio Managed range evolved into MyFolio Core – a perfect mix of a best-of-breed active and passive portfolio. Meanwhile, we merged MyFolio Market into MyFolio Index. These changes have streamlined our offerings to better serve clients and advisers.
