Request for Unitholders' Resolution to Change the Master Fund of ABAPAC-M / ABAPAC-RMF
Aberdeen Asset Management (Thailand) Limited (the "Company"), as the fund manager of abrdn Asia Pacific Equity Fund (ABAPAC-M) and the fund manager of abrdn Asia Pacific Equity Retirement Mutual Fund (ABAPAC-RMF) (the "Fund"), wishes to request a resolution from the Unitholders to approve the amendment to the mutual fund scheme in relation to the change of the Master Fund in which the Fund invests, together with the related amendments to the Fund's investment policy and investment details.
