Paolo is an Equities Investment Specialist, supporting the Emerging Markets, Asia and China equity teams. He works closely with portfolio managers and clients, helping to translate investment views, portfolio positioning and market developments into clear, practical insights for investors. He is particularly interested in understanding what drives long-term company returns and how investment ideas evolve over time.

Outside of work, Paolo likes to spend time on the golf course, football pitch or padel court, where his enthusiasm comfortably exceeds his talent.
